App या Website का उपयोग करने से पहले इस Disclaimer को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें।
1. Educational Purpose
Arjun Panchariya Test & Notes App एक Independent Educational Platform है। यहां उपलब्ध Notes, Test Series, Practice Questions, Courses, PDF Material और अन्य Content केवल विद्यार्थियों की पढ़ाई, Practice, Revision और परीक्षा तैयारी में सहायता के उद्देश्य से उपलब्ध कराया जाता है।
यह Content Professional, Legal, Financial या किसी अन्य प्रकार की आधिकारिक सलाह का विकल्प नहीं है।
2. किसी सरकारी संस्था का Official App नहीं
जब तक किसी विशेष Page पर स्पष्ट रूप से अन्यथा न लिखा गया हो, Arjun Panchariya Test & Notes App किसी:

हम यह Guarantee नहीं करते कि:
वही Questions परीक्षा में आएंगे।
निश्चित प्रतिशत Questions Match होंगे।
किसी विशेष Topic से Question अवश्य आएगा।
किसी छात्र के निश्चित Marks आएंगे।
Actual Examination Paper संबंधित Examination Authority द्वारा निर्धारित किया जाता है।
6. Result या Selection की Guarantee नहीं
किसी Course, Notes, Test Series या Study Material को खरीदने अथवा उपयोग करने से:
Pass होने
निश्चित Percentage प्राप्त करने
Rank प्राप्त करने
Merit में आने
Competitive Exam Clear करने
Selection होने
Government Job मिलने
की Guarantee नहीं दी जाती।
विद्यार्थी का Result उसकी व्यक्तिगत तैयारी, अभ्यास, परीक्षा के स्तर और अन्य परिस्थितियों पर निर्भर करता है।
7. Guess Papers एवं Important Questions
यदि Platform पर किसी Material को:

Guess Paper
Exam Oriented Questions
Expected Questions
कहा जाता है, तो इसका अर्थ यह है कि Questions Syllabus, Previous Papers, Academic Pattern या उपलब्ध Information के आधार पर तैयारी के लिए महत्वपूर्ण माने गए हैं।
इसे परीक्षा में निश्चित रूप से आने की Guarantee न माना जाए।
8. Previous Year Questions
Previous Year Questions विद्यार्थियों को परीक्षा Pattern समझने और Practice करने में सहायता के लिए उपलब्ध कराए जा सकते हैं।
Previous Year Paper में किसी Question के आने का अर्थ यह नहीं है कि वही Question भविष्य की परीक्षा में दोबारा आएगा।
9. Study Material
Notes और Study Material विद्यार्थियों की सुविधा के अनुसार Simplified, Summarized या Exam-Oriented रूप में तैयार किया जा सकता है।
यह किसी Prescribed Textbook, Official Syllabus Document या University की Official Study Material का पूर्ण विकल्प आवश्यक रूप से नहीं है।
विद्यार्थियों को आवश्यकता के अनुसार Official Syllabus और Recommended Books भी देखनी चाहिए।
10. Third-Party Content एवं Links
App या Website पर कभी-कभी Third-Party Websites, Payment Gateways, Government Portals, University Websites या अन्य External Resources के Links दिए जा सकते हैं।

11. Payment Services

15. Third-Party Trademarks

16. User Generated Information
यदि Platform पर भविष्य में Comments, Reviews, Doubts, Discussion या User-Generated Content जैसी सुविधा उपलब्ध होती है, तो Users द्वारा व्यक्त किए गए विचार उनके अपने होंगे।

17. Limitation of Liability

18. Content Changes
Educational Content, Test Series, Prices, Features, Courses और अन्य Services आवश्यकता के अनुसार Update, Modify या Remove की जा सकती हैं।
Syllabus या Exam Pattern बदलने पर पुराने Content को Update करने में कुछ समय लग सकता है।
19. No Misrepresentation
हमारा उद्देश्य किसी Government Organization, University, College या Examination Authority के Official Platform के रूप में स्वयं को प्रस्तुत करना नहीं है।
