यह Copyright Policy Arjun Panchariya Test & Notes App, इसकी Website, PDF Notes, Test Series, Courses, Study Material, Graphics, Designs, Questions, Answers और अन्य Digital Content पर लागू होती है।

हम अपने Original Educational Content के Intellectual Property Rights का सम्मान करते हैं और अन्य व्यक्तियों एवं संस्थाओं के Copyright Rights का भी सम्मान करते हैं।

1. Copyright Ownership

Arjun Panchariya Test & Notes App पर उपलब्ध Original Content, जहां अन्यथा उल्लेख न किया गया हो, संबंधित Content Owner के Copyright एवं Intellectual Property Rights के अंतर्गत सुरक्षित हो सकता है।

इसमें शामिल हो सकते हैं:

Graphics एवं Illustrations
App एवं Website Design Elements
Logos एवं Branding
Promotional Material
Original Articles एवं Written Content
Compilation एवं Arrangement of Educational Material

ऐसे Content का Unauthorized Commercial Use प्रतिबंधित है।

2. Personal Use License

Paid या Free Educational Content केवल User के व्यक्तिगत Educational Use के लिए उपलब्ध कराया जाता है, जब तक किसी Content के साथ स्पष्ट रूप से अन्य Permission न दी गई हो।

Content का Access प्राप्त करने का अर्थ Copyright Ownership का Transfer नहीं है।

User को केवल निर्धारित Purpose और Access Conditions के अनुसार Content उपयोग करने की अनुमति दी जाती है।

3. Paid Notes एवं PDFs

Paid PDF Notes, Test Material या अन्य Premium Content को Purchase करने के बाद User उसे केवल अपने व्यक्तिगत अध्ययन के लिए उपयोग कर सकता है।

बिना Written Permission Paid Content को:

WhatsApp Groups में Share करना
Telegram Channels/Groups में Upload करना
Google Drive या अन्य Cloud Storage पर Publicly Share करना
किसी Website पर Upload करना
Social Media पर पूरा Material Publish करना
किसी अन्य App में उपलब्ध कराना
Resell करना
Print करके Commercial Sale करना
Paid Course के रूप में दोबारा बेचना

प्रतिबंधित है।

4. Test Series Copyright

App में उपलब्ध Original Test Series, Question Banks, Test Structure, Answer Keys और Explanations Copyright Protection के अंतर्गत आ सकते हैं।

किसी User को निम्न गतिविधियों की अनुमति नहीं है:

बड़ी संख्या में Questions Copy करना
Test Questions को किसी अन्य Commercial Platform पर Upload करना
Automated Scraping करना
Test Database Extract करना
Questions को Resell करना
Original Test Series को अपने नाम से Publish करना

ऐसी गतिविधि पाए जाने पर User Account Suspend या Terminate किया जा सकता है।

5. Screenshot एवं Screen Recording

Educational Content की व्यक्तिगत Revision के लिए कुछ परिस्थितियों में सीमित Screenshot संभव हो सकता है, यदि Platform इसे तकनीकी रूप से अनुमति देता है।

हालांकि Screenshot या Screen Recording का उपयोग Content को Publicly Distribute, Resell या Unauthorized तरीके से Share करने के लिए नहीं किया जा सकता।

Premium Content की Mass Recording या Distribution Copyright Violation माना जा सकता है।

6. Copy, Print एवं Distribution

जहां किसी PDF या Material में Download/Print की Permission दी गई है, वहां उसका उपयोग केवल Personal Study के लिए किया जा सकता है।

Download या Print Permission का अर्थ Commercial Reproduction या Redistribution की Permission नहीं है।

7. Branding एवं Logo

Arjun Panchariya Test & Notes App, Arjun Panchariya Study Point तथा संबंधित Original Logos, Visual Identity और Branding Elements का Unauthorized Commercial Use प्रतिबंधित है।

किसी अन्य App, Website, Coaching, Course या Product को इस प्रकार प्रस्तुत नहीं किया जाना चाहिए जिससे Users को यह भ्रम हो कि वह हमारे Platform से Officially जुड़ा हुआ है।

8. Third-Party Educational Content

कुछ Content में Publicly Available Information, Official Syllabus, Government Notifications, Previous Year Examination Material, Academic References या Third-Party Sources का संदर्भ हो सकता है।

ऐसे Content के Original Copyright Rights उनके संबंधित Owners के पास रह सकते हैं।

हम किसी Third Party के Copyrighted Content पर Ownership का दावा नहीं करते, जहां वह हमारा Original Content नहीं है।

9. Government एवं Official Information

Government Notifications, Public Orders, University Notices, Syllabus या अन्य Official Information का उपयोग Educational और Informational Purpose के लिए किया जा सकता है।

जहां आवश्यक हो, संबंधित Original Official Source को प्राथमिक स्रोत माना जाना चाहिए।

Official Documents पर लागू Copyright, Reuse और Publication Rules संबंधित Authority द्वारा निर्धारित हो सकते हैं।

10. Previous Year Question Papers

Previous Year Question Papers या उनके Questions का Copyright संबंधित University, Board, Recruitment Agency या अन्य Examination Authority के पास हो सकता है।

यदि ऐसे Questions को Platform पर Educational Practice या Analysis के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है, तो हमारा Copyright Claim केवल हमारे द्वारा जोड़े गए Original Elements जैसे:

Solution
Formatting
Analysis
Compilation
Additional Notes

तक सीमित हो सकता है।

11. Original Compilation

भले ही कुछ Facts, Syllabus Topics या Public Information स्वयं Copyright Protected न हों, उनके Original Selection, Arrangement, Explanation, Presentation और Compilation पर लागू Copyright Rights हो सकते हैं।

इसलिए हमारे Original Notes या Test Collections को पूरा Copy करके दूसरे Brand के नाम से प्रकाशित करना अनुमत नहीं है।

12. Fair Use / Permitted Use

Applicable Law के अंतर्गत Education, Review, Research, Criticism या अन्य Permitted Purpose के लिए सीमित उपयोग कुछ परिस्थितियों में वैध हो सकता है।

हालांकि यह उपयोग Applicable Copyright Law और Fair Dealing/Fair Use Principles के अनुसार होना चाहिए।

किसी Material का पूरा या महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा Commercial Purpose से Copy करना केवल “Educational Purpose” लिख देने से स्वतः Authorized नहीं हो जाता।

13. Prohibited Activities

निम्न गतिविधियां स्पष्ट रूप से प्रतिबंधित हैं:

Paid PDF का Unauthorized Distribution
Content चोरी करके अपने नाम से Publish करना
Original Watermark हटाना
Copyright Notice हटाना
Content को Edit करके Ownership Claim करना
Premium Questions को Resell करना
Automated Data Scraping
App Content का Database बनाना
Paid Material को Free Distribution Groups में डालना
Content के Unauthorized Commercial Copies बनाना

14. Watermark Protection

हम PDF Notes, Tests या अन्य Digital Content पर:

User Name
Mobile Number
Email
Order ID
Unique Identifier
Brand Watermark

जैसी जानकारी Watermark के रूप में जोड़ सकते हैं, जहां Applicable Privacy Policy और Technical Setup इसकी अनुमति देता है।

इसका उद्देश्य Unauthorized Distribution को रोकना और Content Protection में सहायता करना है।

15. Unauthorized Sharing मिलने पर

यदि Paid या Copyright-Protected Content Unauthorized रूप से Share होता पाया जाता है, तो परिस्थितियों के अनुसार हम:

User Access Disable कर सकते हैं
Account Suspend कर सकते हैं
Download Access रोक सकते हैं
संबंधित Platform को Takedown Request भेज सकते हैं
Unauthorized Copy हटाने का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं
Applicable Law के अंतर्गत आवश्यक Legal Remedies अपना सकते हैं

16. Copyright Infringement Report

यदि आपको लगता है कि Arjun Panchariya Test & Notes App पर उपलब्ध किसी Content से आपके Copyright Rights का उल्लंघन हो रहा है, तो आप हमें Copyright Complaint भेज सकते हैं।

Complaint में यथासंभव निम्न जानकारी शामिल करें:

आपका स्पष्ट अनुरोध

Incomplete या False Complaints पर कार्रवाई संभव नहीं हो सकती।

17. Copyright Complaint Verification

यदि Complaint Valid पाई जाती है, तो परिस्थितियों के अनुसार संबंधित Content को:

Review
Restrict
Modify
Remove

किया जा सकता है।

किसी Content को हटाने का निर्णय उपलब्ध Evidence एवं Applicable Law के आधार पर लिया जाएगा।

18. False Copyright Claims

जानबूझकर गलत Copyright Complaint, False Ownership Claim या Fraudulent Takedown Request स्वीकार्य नहीं है।

ऐसी Complaint पर कार्रवाई से पहले Additional Verification मांगी जा सकती है।

19. User-Uploaded Content

यदि Platform Users को भविष्य में Notes, Questions, Comments या अन्य Content Upload करने की सुविधा देता है, तो User यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा कि उसके पास उस Content को Upload करने का आवश्यक अधिकार या Permission है।

Users को Copyrighted Material बिना Permission Upload नहीं करना चाहिए।

20. Content Removal

यदि किसी Third-Party Content के संबंध में Valid Copyright Concern प्राप्त होता है, तो हम Investigation के दौरान Content को Temporarily Restrict या Remove कर सकते हैं।

Repeated Copyright Violation करने वाले Users के Accounts पर भी कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।

21. No Transfer of Ownership

Course, Subscription, Test Series या PDF खरीदने पर User को उस Content का Ownership Right नहीं मिलता।

Purchase केवल सीमित Personal Access या Usage Right प्रदान करता है, जैसा संबंधित Product की Terms में निर्धारित है।

22. Educational Sharing

Teacher, Student या Educational Institution द्वारा हमारे Content का सीमित Reference देना परिस्थितियों के अनुसार स्वीकार्य हो सकता है, लेकिन पूरा Premium Content Copy या Distribute करने के लिए Written Permission आवश्यक हो सकती है।

Source Credit देना Copyright Permission का Substitute नहीं माना जाएगा।

23. External Content

Third-Party Websites, Videos, Articles या Resources के Links केवल सुविधा या Reference के लिए दिए जा सकते हैं।

External Content के Copyright और Licensing Terms संबंधित Third-Party Owner द्वारा नियंत्रित होते हैं।

24. Copyright Notice

जहां Applicable हो, हमारे Original Content पर निम्न Copyright Notice उपयोग किया जा सकता है:

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, resale or commercial use of protected content is prohibited.

25. Applicable Law

यह Copyright Policy भारत में लागू Copyright एवं Intellectual Property Laws के अधीन समझी जाएगी।

किसी विवाद या Copyright Violation की स्थिति में Applicable Indian Law के अनुसार आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।

26. Policy Updates

Technology, Platform Features या Applicable Legal Requirements में बदलाव के अनुसार इस Copyright Policy को समय-समय पर Update किया जा सकता है।
